Children’s Privacy & Rights

1) Scope & Age

The Service is intended for a general audience and is recommended for users aged thirteen (13) and above. Where Harium offers child-directed experiences, Harium will apply enhanced safeguards and comply with applicable platform family policies and relevant laws.

2) Data from Children

Harium does not knowingly collect personal data from children under thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent. Where limited data processing is necessary for a child feature, Harium adheres to data minimization (e.g., nickname-only identifiers, generalized progress indicators, no precise geolocation, and no advertising tracking identifiers).

3) Parental Consent & Controls

A parent or legal guardian may be required to create or link the child’s account. Parents/guardians may review, correct, request deletion of the child’s data, withdraw consent, or disable the child’s account at any time through the mechanisms provided by Harium.

4) Ads & Purchases

No interest-based advertising is shown in child-directed experiences. Any in-app purchases, where available, require the approval of the parent or legal guardian through App Store/Google Play controls.

5) Sharing

Harium does not share a child’s personal data with third parties except as necessary to operate and secure the Service and subject to appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

6) Retention & Deletion

Harium retains a child’s data only for as long as necessary for the operation of the relevant feature, after which the data is deleted or de-identified. Parents/guardians may request deletion through Harium’s provided channels.

7) Reporting

If you believe a child has provided personal data without the required consent, please contact Harium so that appropriate action can be taken promptly.
