This Privacy Policy explains how Harium ("Harium", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal data when you access or use the Harium application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

1) Controller & Scope

2) Data We Collect

  • Account: email, display name, locale, avatar (optional).
  • Progress & Usage: focus sessions, levels, achievements, streaks, in-app settings.
  • Device & Logs: device model/OS, crash logs, IP (approximate), notification tokens.
  • Transactions: subscription/purchase identifiers from Apple/Google (we do not store payment card data).
  • Cookies/Similar tech: on our site/portal for sessions and analytics.

3) Purposes of Processing

  • Provide core features (account, sync, progress, backups).
  • Maintain and improve performance, security, and reliability.
  • Support and service communications, optional notifications.
  • Legal compliance and fraud prevention.

4) Legal Bases

  • Contract (to provide the Service).
  • Consent (e.g., marketing notifications, optional analytics).
  • Legitimate interests (security, aggregated service analytics).
  • Legal obligations (records, compliance requests).

5) Sharing & Processors

We use trusted processors for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, and authentication (e.g., “Sign in with Apple/Google”). We share only what is necessary. We do not sell personal data.

Data may be processed outside your country. We apply appropriate safeguards (contractual, technical, organizational) as required by law.

We retain data while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for security/compliance, or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No online system is 100% secure.

9) Your Rights & Controls

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or port your data. Manage notifications/analytics from in-app settings or your device OS. Request data export or deletion via Harium or in-app “Delete Account”.

10) Marketing & Ads

We do not show interest-based ads to users under 18. If advertising is enabled, we will use settings that limit sensitive profiling and comply with applicable platform policies and laws.

11) Do Not Track & Regional Laws

We may not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We respect applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR, KSA PDPL, CPRA) to the extent they apply to us.

12) Children

See our Children’s Privacy. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

13) Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

14) Changes

We will update this Policy as needed and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be announced in-app.
